We feel it is a great opportunity for some kind of light industrial development and that it gives companies that are aviation-related direct access to the airfield with all the utilities and things that site selectors are looking for already in place for that property.” As for what is on the immediate horizon, Lewis answers with optimism. “There are two primary focuses for us.
